The Relationship Between Instructional Leadership of School Administrator and Supervision under Nakhonprathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1. to study the instructional leadership of school administrators under Nakhonprathom Primary Educational service area office 2 2. to study the internal supervision in school under Nakhonprathom Primary Educational service area office 2 and 3. to study relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and study internal supervision in school under Nakhonprathom Primary Educational service area office 2. Research methodology was quantitative Research. The research tools are as follows: five-level questionnaires. There is a sample group of teachers under the Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 year 2022, based on the calculation of sample size using table the Krajce and Morgan tables, collected 307 people. The questionnaire was analyzed by descriptive statistics including the average, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient and use the information gathered from documents, literature and forms. The research shows that 1) Instructional leadership of school administrators Under the Office of Nakhonpathom Primary Education Service Area 2 overall the practice was at a high level (x̅= 4.04 SD. = 0.85). 2) Internal supervision of school Under the Office of Nakhonpathom Primary Education Service Area 2 overall the practice was at a high level (x̅= 3.96 SD. = 0.89) 3. The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and supervision within schools under the Office of Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 had a positive relationship at a high level (r= 0.777) with a statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
