This research consists purposes 1. to study the conditions and problems of the management process of the Royal Thai Navy Training Center Savings Cooperative Limited; Research) There are research tools, including a questionnaire with a sample group. There are 98 people who are involved in the development of the cooperative management process of the Fleet Training Cooperative Limited, a total of 98 people from the calculation of the sample size using the Taro Yamane formula at the error level of 0.05 from Random sampling (Sampling Random), then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and compared by t-test and statistical F-test. The findings were as follows 1) moderate When considering each item, it was found that the condition of the management process was at a moderate level in all items as well. Ranked from highest to lowest, the 3 rankings are internal operational planning of the cooperative, followed by the management's performance, which is transparent, not taking advantage of members. and the committee had the least average action plan Members are responsible for the cooperative and 2) It was found that the management process of the Savings Cooperative Division, Fleet Training Division, Ltd. as a whole was at a moderate level when considering each item.
