Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the leadership of local government organizations A case study of Mr.Skaw  Mekwa Mayor of Sam Kha Sub-district Phon Sai District Roi Et Province 2. to analyze problems and obstacles in leadership of local government organizations A case study of Mr.Skaw  Mekwa Mayor of Sam Kha Sub-district Phon Sai District Roi Et Province and 3. to suggest ways to solve problems and obstacles in leadership of local government organizations A case study of Mr.Skaw  Mekwa Mayor of Sam Kha Sub-district Phon Sai District Roi Et Province. is a qualitative research. There is a research tool which is an interview form. with a target group of 18 people from a specific selection the information gathered from interview forms and related documents were then content analysis. The results showed that 1) The issue of leadership in local government organizations is that leaders have the ability to manage work plans. Whether it is work process skills and problem solving in working systematically. have duty with honesty and sincerity to the people They openly demonstrated their honesty, transparency and prudence in performing their duties to achieve their work objectives 2) Problems and obstacles in leadership of local government organizations are obstacles in budget allocation that are limited, so careful consideration must be taken in doing things in accordance with the democratic system. Some people do not cooperate in work and there are obstacles in requesting budget from various agencies and 3) the approach to solving problems and obstacles in leadership of local government organizations is that leaders should perform their duties better than before. by informing the public to speed up and prepare for the operation, and should coordinate with those who have assigned duties to work efficiently. Should encourage personnel in the organization to pay attention to the performance of the workload to be more efficient.
