Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the potential of local governments in promoting and conserving natural tourist attractions 2. to analyze problems and obstacles of local governments in promoting and preserving natural tourist attractions and 3. to suggest guidelines for Solve problems and obstacles of local government organizations in promoting and preserving natural tourist attractions is a qualitative research. There are research tools, including interview forms. The target group of the research consisted of 18 people who were selected by purposive sampling. Then the information gathered from interview forms and related documents were analyzed in content analysis. The research findings were as follows 1) the potential of local administrative organizations in promoting and preserving natural tourist attractions; It brings the potential of local government organizations to create and instill awareness among the people in the community, including community leaders, villagers and students in the community. To have the ownership and awareness of the conservation of this attraction occurs 2) Problems and obstacles on the potential of local administrative organizations in promoting and preserving natural tourist attractions, it was found that Tham So da has several responsible agencies. Whether it's the Forest Department Buddhism office and local government organizations as a result, the work may be jammed and delayed and 3) approaches to solving problems and obstacles, the potential of local government organizations in promoting and preserving natural tourist attractions. Should be conscious of the conservation of tourist attractions. by coordination of cooperation with other relevant agencies such as the Royal Forest Department, Office of Buddhism.
