Correlation of Factors Guidelines of Community Potential Development through the Sisaket’s Digital Community Center.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to Guidelines of developing community potential through the Sisaket’s Digital Community Center and 2. to Study the relationship of factors for community potential development thought the digital community center. this research is questionnaires which collected the data from 398 service users calculated from Taro Yamane (1973) formula at the .05 level of error term The proportional data was collected and the non-probability sampling method was applied for accidental sampling. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The result of this research showed that 1) The process of developing community potential through the digital community center in Sisaket Province had 8 variables at a high level. which are in order from highest to lowest average are: 1.1) Digital Infrastructure Factor (x̅= 4.14), 1.2)Organization administration (x̅= 3.99), 1.3) Personnel Competency (x̅= 4.06), 1.4) Community involvement (x̅= 4.01), 1.5) education learning and information (x̅= 4.08), 1.6) Social cultural aspects (x̅= 4.02), 1.7) Economic aspects (x̅= 3.99), and 1.8) Income promotion (x̅= 3.95) and 2) The result of this research it was found the positive correlation to the development of community potential though Sisaket’s Digital Community Center.
