Research and Development of Internal Supervision Model by Using Lesson Study to Enhance 21st Century Skills of Primary School Students.

This research consists purposes were 1. to study basic information for Internal Supervision Model by Using Lesson Study to Enhance 21st Century Skills of Primary School Students 2. To develop for Internal Supervision Model by Using Lesson Study to Enhance 21st Century Skills of Primary School Students 3. to study the performance according for Internal Supervision Model by Using Lesson Study to Enhance 21st Century Skills of Primary School Students and 4. to assess the satisfaction of teachers with the implementation for Internal Supervision Model by Using Lesson Study to Enhance 21st Century Skills of Primary School Students. is a quantitative research The research tool was a questionnaire. The research sample consisted of primary school students. 1-6 students at Wat Ratchanadda School. Under the Office of Education Bangkok, studying in the first semester of the academic year 2020, a total of 56 people, all of which were drawn by purposive random sampling. Then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results show that 1) the operational conditions of supervision within educational institutions using joint lesson development to enhance skills in the 21st century were generally practiced at a moderate level (x̅ = 3.45) 2) The development of an in-school supervision model using joint lesson development to enhance 21st century skills of elementary school students is an in-school supervision model consisting of 6 parts: (1) Objectives (2) ) Principles of model in supervision within educational institutions (3) Systems and mechanisms of supervision within educational institutions using collaborative lesson development (4) Methods for conducting supervision within educational institutions using collaborative lesson development (5) method evaluation; and (6) model success conditions3) Teachers' ability to manage learning that enhances 21st century skills was at a high level (x̅ = 4.42) and 4) Supervision within schools using joint lesson development to enhance 21st century skills of primary school students. Overall, it was at a high level (x̅= 4.43).
