Abstract

The purposes of this study were to assess the results of teacher development in the management of student-centered learning processes in the 21st century. This was a quantitative research. The research tools were questionnaires, with a sample group of 170 teachers and educational personnel who were all selected by specific means in the Educational Service Area Office Group 1 Maha Sarakham Province. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results showed that The development of teachers in the student-centered learning process in the 21st century overall was at a high level with an average (x̅= 4.09). At the highest level, 3 items are: 1) There is a promotion of learning for learners to have a public mind. and social responsibility (x̅= 4.70) 2) It promotes learning for learners to be good citizens (x̅= 4.68) 3) It encourages learners to learn new things that are useful. to oneself and society (x̅= 4.52), respectively.
