Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to evaluate the process of the learning center project according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy in education Bankok wittayakhom School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2. to study the guidelines for the development of the learning center project according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy in education. Bankok wittayakhom School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. this research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. For example, 15 teachers in Ban Kok Wittayakom School and 7 target groups were selected by a specific method. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and information gathered from various documents and from the interview to analyze the content The results showed that 1) Process Evaluation of the Learning Center Project Based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Education Bankok wittayakhom School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, the overall level was at a high level with the mean (x̅ = 4.32) and when considering the average level descending. with the highest level of 3 items, namely (1.1) personnel participating in the evaluation and summarizing the project's performance (x̅= 4.62) (1.2) the project has a clear operational plan (x̅= 4.58) and (1.3) Personnel involved in the analysis (x̅ = 4.54) and 2) guidelines for developing a learning center project according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy in education. Bankok wittayakhom School under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, it was found that (2.1) Contextual objectives should be established that are consistent and clear with things that facilitate learning for learners that are appropriate and consistent with the environment (2.2) Import factors Learning resources should be developed that are conducive to teaching and learning that maximizes the benefits to the students. Meet the needs of teachers and students. (2.3) Process teachers and speakers Teaching and learning activities should be organized according to the 9 learning bases by using techniques, media and teaching methods to help students gain knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning management. Students learn and practice and (2.4) school productivity Should focus on the sufficiency economy philosophy in education that students have applied and expanded in the community, including being a model school in the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy Learning Center project.
