The Internal Supervision Process for Brain- Based Learning Instructional Development Tharua “Nittayanukul” School.

The purpose of this research were to 1. to find the efficiency of internal supervision process of Tharua “Nittayanukul” School for Brain- Based Learning instructional development 2. To compare the teaching behavior of teachers based on Brain- Based Learning management of Tharua “Nittayanukul” School 3. to compare the teachers' satisfaction towards the internal supervision process of Tharua “Nittayanukul” School for Brain- Based Learning instructional development and 4. to study the students’ satisfaction toward Brain- Based Learning management of Tharua “Nittayanukul” School. This research is quantitative research The research instrument was a teachers' knowledge test, a teachers' teaching behavior assessment form, a survey of teachers’ satisfaction and a survey of students' satisfaction. The sample consisted of 16 teachers and 297 students from Tharua “Nittayanukul” School. Krecie & Morgan (1970) table was used for calculating the sample size. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, t-Test. The result indicated that 1) The efficiency of internal supervision process of Tharua “Nittayanukul” School for Brain- Based Learning instructional development after using process, it was found that teachers had high scores in Brain- Based Learning knowledge with the significance level of .05, 2) the teaching behavior based on Brain- Based Learning was at the highest level with the significance level of .05, 3) the teachers satisfaction on the internal supervision process was at the highest level with the significance level of .05, and 4) the posttests were statisically significant higher than pretest, and the student satisfaction on Brain- Based Learning was a high level.
