Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the leadership of school administrators in the 21st century under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 2. to study the level of academic administration of educational institutions under the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 and 3. to study the leadership of educational institution administrators in the 21st century that affect academic administration of educational institutions. Under the Office of Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1. The research tools are as follows: five-level scale questionnaire. There is a sample group of administrators of the school and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1. year. 2564, based on the calculation of the sample size using the Krajce and Morgan tables, collected 354 people randomly by classified randomization according to the school size and analyzed the data collected from the questionnaire using descriptive statistics including the average percentage, standard deviation and correlation coefficient of Pearson and the analysis of multivariate regression. The research shows that 1) the leadership of 21st century institutions under the Bangkok Metropolitan Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 with all aspects very high (x̅= 4.19) academic administration of educational institutions 2) Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1 the overall level is very high (x̅= 4.25) and 3) the leadership of educational institutions in the century 21 with academic administration of educational institutions under the Secondary Educational Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 1. is related in the same direction and has a statistically significant positive correlation at .01. The correlation coefficient is between .919 and .971. The prediction power is 95.20%. The error from the forecast is .141. a statistical significance of .01
