Relationship Between Corporate Governance Rating Score and Liquidity Management and Profitability in Services Industry Group in The Stock Exchange of Thailand.

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the relationship between the level of good corporate governance and profitability of companies in the service industry listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and 2. to study the relationship between liquidity management. with the profitability of companies in the service industry listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand It is a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) There are research tools such as The Corporate Governance Level Assessment Form can be obtained from the Corporate Governance Rating Assessment Report. and use paper to collect information about liquidity management and profitability. There were 57 companies in the service industry listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand during the year 2018-2020 for a total of 3 years, a total of 171 samples.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. and multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results showed that 1) The level of good corporate governance was the size of the board of directors, negative correlation with profitability as measured by the return on equity and 2) Liquidity management, i.e. inventory working capital ratio was negatively correlated with profitability as measured by return on assets. net profit margin and gross margin statistically significant at 0.01 level. Product working capital ratio and the working capital ratio was negatively correlated with the measured profitability. Return on Equity and net profit margin statistically significant at the 0.05 level
