The Effects of a Brainstorming Activities Program with Online for Enhancing Leadership Skills of Student Under the Circumstances of COVID-19.

This research consists of purposes were 1. To study the effect of brainstorming activities with an online concept mapping on enhancing leadership skills of student under the circumstances of covid-19 and 2. To reflect the results of brainstorming activities with an online concept mapping on enhancing leadership skills of student under the circumstances of covid-19. Which is a mixed method research under embedded design There are research tools including (1) Leadership Trait Questionnaire (LTQ) (2) Leadership Knowledge scale (3) Leadership Behavior assessment and (4) Semi-structured interview: Activities reflection. The target group was selected based on purposive sampling of 18 students. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. It consists of percentage, mean, standard deviation and dependent sample t-test. Moreover, content analysis of qualitative research. Findings indicated that 1) After participating in a brainstorming activities program with online mapping, they had characteristics of leadership skills and leadership skills. There was a statistically significant difference at the .001 level, and all students and overall leadership behaviors were excellent after 8 consecutive weeks of participating in the activities. And 2) the reflection of the activities found that the activity patterns were interesting. It also gives students the opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, attitudes. The teachers focus on the process of thinking and analyzing. The measurements and assessments were varied and most of the students were satisfied. However, the target group continues to lack equipment for learning. Internet problems with instability and limited accessibility. And lastly, the environment is not suitable, it will affect the tiredness and feeling of discouragement in studying in the present day, especially the target group.
