Abstract

This academic article purpose to study the management of art and cultural preservation with learning and teaching of law student, analyze working details of art and cultural preservation with learning and teaching of law student, leading to educational development of law student in the 21st century, and integrate art and cultural preservation with learning and teaching of law student. Art and cultural preservation is considered as an important mission in higher education institutes. Therefore, every educational institute should have effective system and operational mechanism on this issue. The mission is possibly different depending on its philosophy and nature. The mission is also integrated with other mission, especially graduate production. Moreover, an arrangement of art and cultural activities can promote local wisdom to become the root of knowledge development. This article has presented an important and value of art and cultural preservation of Faculty of Law, Rajabhat Mahasarakham University. The performance is acknowledged and contains the following suggestions. Art and cultural preservation should be fostered among desirable culture. Suitable environment can establish consciousness and maintain precious local living. The change of society, economy and technology on belief, value and new culture should be awareness, and the knowledge can be utilized and transferred by students, staff and people in community.
