Role of the Sangha in the Local Administration of Nanoi District Nan Province.

This research consists purposes were: 1. to study the role of monks in the local administration of Na Noi District, Nan Province; 2. to compare the role of monks on local administration in Na Noi District, Nan Province; and 3. to propose guidelines for development. The role of monks in the local administration in Na Noi District, Nan Province was qualitative research. The research tool was an interview with a target group of 35 people using a specific method. and then use the information gathered from various related documents and obtained from the interview form for content analysis The results of the research showed that 1) The Sangha's roles consisted of 6 aspects: (1) administration (2) education (3) welfare education (4) Buddhism propagation (5) public welfare (6) public welfare 2) The monks' attitude towards the local administration of Na Noi District, Nan Province at the temple and sub-district levels is similar, that is, there is assistance to people in need. both in normal conditions and in the event of a disaster and at the district level to that rule is to promote basic qualifications in the implementation of public welfare affairs in order for the monks to conduct themselves in accordance with the Dharma principles appropriately and devoted themselves to the common good and 3) the governance aspect is the need to develop technology to be used to work together; the education aspect is to focus on the bishops' education at the highest level. to do in the aspect of education welfare, it is to establish a fund for further education and to allocate it as a scholarship every year for children who have good grades and who are determined to study but are poor. Regarding the propagation of Buddhism, there should be support for the propagation of the Dharma in a concrete manner. through activities or projects that truly focus on reaching the community in terms of public utilities, attention should be paid to budget allocation for the maintenance of the temple to be thorough. and public welfare: there should be a plan for the establishment of a fund to support the consumption and consumption factors sufficiently.
