A Development of Operational Ability in Community Organizations to Solve the Poverty Problem in Ubon Ratchathani Province.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the operating conditions of community organizations in order to solve community poverty in Ubon Ratchathani Province 2. to develop the operations of community organizations and build networks and create an integrated plan to solve community poverty in Ubon Ratchathani Province 3. to develop a management model of local community organizations together with local administrative organizations to enhance life quality of people in Ubon Ratchathani Province 4. to summarize the lessons learned from the implementation of the community organization development plan together with the community master plan and 5. to prepare a strategic plan to develop a network of community organizations for solving poverty problems in Ubon Ratchathani Province. It was a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms with 360 samples selected in accordance with the eligibility criteria; and the target group of 32 people from a specific selection. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation and using the information gathered from various documents and interview forms for content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the average of operating conditions of community organizations to resolve the poverty of Ubon Ratchathani Province was at a high level. (x̅= 4.43) 2) The operation of community organizations is at a good level. Continue activities together and members are involved in every process 3) model for developing skills and abilities of community organization members in various fields such as production skills Marketing and Digital Marketing Skills Management Skills Strategic Management Skills 4) There should be a mechanism for integrating plans or joint activities in the form of a network of cooperation between governments. and community organizations And there is a review of the district development plan together with the plan of the community organization and 5) the strategic plan for developing a network of community organizations to solve poverty in Ubon Ratchathani consisting of 4 strategies: 1) human resource development strategies of community organizations 2) strategies for developing skills in product manufacturing 3) marketing promotion strategies and developing skills in selling products through online channels and 4) community organization management strategies.
