Development of Teamwork Model Affecting Secondary Schools Effectiveness in The Northeast of Thailand.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were to develop a teamwork model that affects the effectiveness of secondary schools in the Northeastern region. This is qualitative research The research tool was an interview form with a target group of 3 people who came from a specific selection consisting of (1) academicians, (2) educational institution administrators, and (3) expert academic teachers. and then use the information gathered from various related documents and interview form to content analysis. The results showed that the teamwork style that affects the effectiveness of secondary schools consists of factors affecting 4 aspects of teamwork, 4 aspects of teamwork, 4 steps of teamwork, namely 1) planning 2) implementation. according to plan 3) audit and 4) revision and school effectiveness in 5 aspects, namely 1) learning achievement 2) job satisfaction 3) desirable characteristics of learners 4) personnel development and 5) confidence of parents of students.
