Implementation of the Local Development Project to Reconciliation: A Case Study of Yala City Municipality.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were to lesson learned project implementation and to analyze the significance of the local development toward reconciliation in the Yala municipal. The research is qualitative research and used research instruction was in-deep interview by using research sampling at 56 people. As for the background of purposive sampling was to leant lessons from the project implementation including 12 projects, with 1 activity which has been shown a model of the project implementation involved bringing to analyze local development to reconciliation. This study was collective data in which the documentaries, in-deep interviews, recording, observation were analyzed as a contest based. The research findings that local development through a set of 12 projects, and 1 activity of Yala Municipality has been shown a significance in local development to reconciliation by the project focused on participation and understanding. To integrate people into a new base of thinking that will lead to harmony and local development into reconciliation are five significant operational activities: 1) Creating activities to raise awareness and strengthen mutual understanding. 2) Creating activities to promote harmony 3) Creating activities to develop youth to be of the desired quality of society. 4) Activities aimed at making Yala an economic city and 5) Creating a City Image.
