Abstract

This research consists purposes 1. To study participative administration of school administrators under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2.to compare participative administration of school administrators under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. This research use questionnaire for survey and sample are the teachers at school under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample size was determine via Krejcie and Morgan table after that stratified random sampling by school location and determine proportion and simple random sampling to 306 sample. Collect the data for analyzing data by Descriptive Statistic via frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test Major Findings: 1) The participative administration of school administrators as perceived by teacher under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as whole was found at the high level (x̅= 4.17). and 2) The comparison between participative administration of school administrators when classified by statuses of the sample found that education and school size are significant at the level of .05 but gender was not significant.
