Organization Commitment with Effectiveness of Performance of Personnel of the Faculty of Education Bangkok Thonburi University.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to Study the Organizational Commitment of Personnel. Faculty of Education Bangkok Thonburi University 2. To Study the Effectiveness of Personnel Performance Faculty of Education Bangkok Thonburi University and 3. to Study the Relationship Between Organizational Commitment and Personnel Performance. Faculty of Education, Bangkok Thonburi University It is a Quantitative Research. The Research Tool was a Questionnaire with a Confidence Value of 0.92 and a Sample of 80 People was Used in the Research by Determining the Sample size From the Opening Tables of Craigie and Morgan (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970) and Doing a Simple Randomization. The data Collected from the Questionnaire Were Analyzed Using Descriptive Statistics Consisting of Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. and the Pearson Correlation Coefficient the Results of the Research Showed that 1) the Commitment to the Organization of Personnel Faculty of Education Bangkok Thonburi University Overall and Each Aspect was at a High Level (x̅=3.83) 2) The Effectiveness of the Personnel of the Faculty of Education. Bangkok Thonburi University The Overall and Individual Aspects Were at a High Level (x̅ = 3.85) and 3) the Commitment to the Organization and the Effectiveness of the Personnel's Performance. Faculty of Education Bangkok Thonburi University There was a Significant Correlation at the 0.01 Level.
