Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. study a cause of indebtedness 2. investigate a comparison of Student Loan Fund Act and 3. suggest a resolution to protect problem from this case. is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The research tools were interview forms and questionnaires. The sample group was 60 law students who borrowed from the Student Loan Fund, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, with an error of 0.014 and the target group consisted of 10 people who came from a specific selection. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and compared by t-test and F-test, and data gathered from various documents, including interview for content analysis. This research found that 1) The problem of non-payment of the fund repayment was not caused by the students' knowledge and understanding of the law, with an average value (x̅ = 3.88) at a high level. It showed that the students had a high level of understanding of the student loan law and there was little difference. 2) The Act of Student Loan Fund B.E. 2560 is concord with related law and other agreement. and 3) The issue of educational qualification on losing curriculum lecture affects a process and an approval to proceed the student loan fund.
