Abstract

This academic article aims to present guidelines for competency development of human resources in the Provincial Administrative Organization by analyzing the data from related literature reviews. The guidelines for competency development of human resources in the Provincial Administrative Organization are Reskill and Upskill. These skills are the process of working and learning new skills to support the new working skills that will occur in ever-changing situations in the future.
