Abstract

This research consists purposes to establish a management service model by allowing the private sector to participate in planting perennial trees to reduce global warming. is qualitative research There are research tools such as interview forms and recording form with a target group of 105 people who came from a specific selection and then use the information gathered from various related documents and from research tools to content analysis. The results showed that the management model of private sector participation in planting perennial trees to reduce global warming consisted of the selection of tree planting areas. Types of plants grown participation of people in the community, private businesses, the central government regional and local Establishment of a local tree planting fund maintenance of planted trees and benefits from participation, as well as recommendations of research for the government to formulate a policy to reduce global warming by encouraging people from all sectors to participate in planting trees To enable central, regional and local government agencies to implement policies under the principle of participation between local people Private businesses and government sectors have worked together to make Thailand a developing country known for helping to reduce global warming problems.
