Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the competency level of teachers in educational institutions Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Region 24, Kalasin Province 2. To study the factors affecting the competence of teachers in educational institutions. under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Region 24, Kalasin Province; and 3. to study the recommendations on factors affecting the competence of teachers in schools. Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, District 24, Kalasin Province. It is a quantitative research. The sample group was 333 teachers. by using the Taro Yamane method. The research instruments was a rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics used percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation (SD) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of research were as follow : 1) The overall level of competency level of teachers in educational institutions Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Region 24, Kalasin Province was rated at a high level (x̅= 3.94) 2) Factors Affecting Teacher Competencies in Educational Institutions under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, District 24, Kalasin Province, including motivation for achievement attitude towards teaching profession social support The nature of the work performed Together, they predicted 83.80%. 3) Recommendations on factors affecting teacher competency in educational Institutions under the office of secondary education service area, district 24, Kalasin Province There should be an expectation of success, advancement in the field of work and a plan for working to develop one's academic standing. Have self-discipline, develop online teaching styles in the era of the COVID-19 epidemic, seek new knowledge and always develop yourself The achievements of talented teachers are awarded and appreciated. should support and give teachers the opportunity to participate in the implementation of school development to create ownership Have a positive attitude towards school, towards students and professionals.
