Legitimacy Abortion and the Concept of Immorality.

Abstract

This academic is a comparative analysis between the concept of morality/immorality and the concept of legitimacy on the right of abortion by using a descriptive method in comparing the grounding principles between moral, human rights, and law which have been influenced to Thai Abortion Acts. The result is; with a strife morality perspectives, an application of morality into the determining on human reality is abstruse. The strengthen and empowerment of the counseling organization, the reproductive health services and knowledge probably add-up the antecede solution methods better of the Abortion Act amendment.
