Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the leadership level of the sub-district Village headman in Mueang Roi Et District Roi Et Province 2. to study the factors affecting the leadership of the sub-district Village headman in Mueang Roi Et District and 3. to study the recommendations on factors affecting the leadership of the village headman. Village headman in Mueang Roi Et District Roi Et Province. The population is the village headman and village headman in Mueang Roi Et district. Roi Et Province. The sample group consisted of 134 village headmen and village headmen by using the Taro Yamane method. The research instruments was a rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics used percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation (SD) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of research were as follow: 1) The overall level of leadership level of the sub-district Village headman in Mueang Roi Et District Roi Et Province was rated at a high level (x̅= 3.93) 2) Factors affecting the leadership of the sub-district Village headman in Mueang Roi Et District Roi Et provinces include: motivation factor, political ideological factors and factors of government support. Can predict together 61.50% and 3) Suggestions on factors affecting the leadership of the village headman Village headman in Mueang Roi Et District Roi Et Province Resources should be allocated to support the operation adequately Consider the position compensation and increase the welfare benefits for the village headman appropriately. Encourage adherence to democratic working practices Inquire about people's needs and provide opportunities for people to express their opinions on village development. Leadership and village headmen should be developed to have a vision. develop motivational communication skills and create participation in the community.
