Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. To study the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province 2. To study factors affecting the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province and 3. To study the guidelines for improving the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province. is a quantitative research There was a sample of 336 people. The instrument used in the research was the estimation scale questionnaire. with .900 confidence. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis The results of research were as follow: 1) The overall level of quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province was rated at a high level (x̅= 3.91) 2) Factors affecting the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province include: Job success factors, Relationship factors in the organization, Compensation and benefits factors, Policy and administrative factors, Work environment factors.
