Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. To study the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province 2. To study factors affecting the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province and 3. To study the guidelines for improving the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province. is a quantitative research There was a sample of 336 people. The instrument used in the research was the estimation scale questionnaire. with .900 confidence. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis The results of research were as follow: 1) The overall level of quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province was rated at a high level (x̅= 3.91) 2) Factors affecting the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province include: Job success factors, Relationship factors in the organization, Compensation and benefits factors, Policy and administrative factors, Work environment factors. Can predict together 81.10% and 3) Guidelines for improving the quality of life of employees of Nice Apparel company limited Chum Phae District, Khon Kaen Province: Employees should be given the opportunity to showcase new innovations. and has been praised for the performance of the executives and colleagues Employees should adhere to professional ethics. Managers should use people to match the job and use criteria to determine the merit of the performance. There are activities to meet each other on occasion. Provide appropriate welfare for employees Engage in brainstorming at work and provide adequate operational facilities.
