Academic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting High Performance Organizations of secondary schools in Yasothon Province.

Abstract

This research aims to 1. To study academic leadership of school administrators of secondary schools in Yasothon province. 2. To study the organization of high performance of secondary schools in Yasothon Province and 3. To create an equation for forecasting academic leadership of school administrators affecting the organization of high performance of secondary schools in Yasothon province. It is a quantitative research. There are research tools such as questionnaires. The sample consisted of 315 people, comprising 24 administrators and 291 teachers of secondary schools in Yasothon Province. Using the Krejcie & Morgan sample size table, stratified random sampling was performed. according to the size of the school and select the key informant Then the data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics. It consists of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and test the hypothesis using stepwise multiple regression. Then use the collected data to analyze the content. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Academic leadership of school administrators of secondary schools in Yasothon Province. Overall, it's at a high level (x̅= 4.47) 2) High performance organization of secondary schools in Yasothon Province overall at a high level (x̅= 4.48) and 3) Academic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Organization of High Performance of Secondary Schools in Yasothon Province out of 5 variables. The tested variables had a statistically significant predictive ability at the .01 level with a predictive or predictive coefficient. 79.00 percent by writing the forecast equation as follows: Predicting equation in raw score form: Y´= 0.621 + 0.220X5 + 0.259X4 + 0.167X3+ 0.137X2+ 0.082X1 Predicting equation in standardized form: Z´y = 0.267Zx5+ 0.280x4 + 0.213Zx3+ 0.166Zx2+ 0.104Zx1
