Community Management According to the Sufficiency Economy Concept of Ban Phon-Had Community Dong Khrang Noi Sub-District Kaset Wisai District Roi-Et Province.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1. study the adoption of the Sufficiency Economy Concept in living of Ban Phon Had Community, Dong Khrang Noi Sub-district, Kaset Wisai District, Roi-Et Province and 2. to study the community management according ato the Sufficiency Economy Concept of Ban Phon Had Community, Dong Khrang Noi Sub-district, Kaset Wisai District, Roi-Et Province. This is a qualitative research with tools used in this research, namely, semi-structured interview questionnaire with target groups of 9 people and comprised of 4 community leaders and 5 people, which were selected based on Stratified Sampling. Data were analyzed through content analysis. The results of this research indicated as follows: 1) The adoption of the Sufficiency Economy Concept in living of Ban Phon Had Community has been characterized by modesty, which has been adhered by living with simplicity, no extravagance, living with consciousness and rationality, building good immunity to themselves, and increasing household income and the community, and 2) The community management according to the Sufficiency Economy Concept of Ban Phon Had Community could be reflected by systematic work plans  with good coordination, well participation of local people, controlled and supervision of community operation to reduce errors, strengthening the community standard.
