Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1. To study the achievement level of subdistrict administrative organizations in Maha Sarakham Province, and 2.To study the factors affecting the achievement level of subdistrict administrative organizations in Maha Sarakham Province.This is qualitative research by conducting a questionnaire survey and collecting a sample from the purposive sampling method. The sample, determined by Taro Yamane’s formula at a 5% significant level, consists of 260 officers of subdistrict administrative organizations in Maha Sarakham province. The descriptive statistics used in this study are percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Linear Multiple Regression with the stepwise method. The results show that 1) The achievement level of subdistrict administrative organizations in Maha Sarakham Province is at a high level, and 2) The factors that statistically affect, at a 1% significant level, the achievement level of subdistrict administrative organizations in Maha Sarakham Province are 4 variables consisting of planning factor, executive factor, budget factor, and operator factor.
