Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the current condition Desirable condition And the need for learning management of teachers in the 21st century under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1 and 2. Develop learning management programs for 21st century teachers under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1 is a combination of Mixed Methods with research tools such as semi-structured questionnaire The sample group of 308 people were calculated from the size calculation by opening the Krejcie and Morgan tables and using a simple random sampling method and a target group of 30 subjects from a specific selection. The data collected from questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. And the data obtained from the interview form were used for content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) the current state of the 21st century teacher learning management in overall and in each aspect was moderate. And the desirable condition of the 21st century teacher learning management as a whole and in each aspect were at the highest level and 2) the 21st century teacher learning management program under the Maha Sarakham Primary Educational Service Area 1 consists of 2.1) Principle 2.2) Objectives 2.3) Content contains 5 modules 2.4) The development method consists of self-learning. And 2.5) Measurement and Evaluation consisted of a pre-post cognitive evaluation in which the overall 21st century teacher learning management program assessment results were most appropriate and were at the highest level. Going to be at a high level.
