Characteristics of Suitable Good Governance for the Secretariat of the House of Representatives

Abstract

The purposes of the study were 1. To study the principles of good governance used in Thailand and internationally, and 2. To study the characteristics of appropriate governance principles for the Secretariat of the House of Representatives. It is a Mixed Methods with research tools such as questionnaires and interviews. The target group of 30 people was purposive sampling and data collected from questionnaires were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. And the information gathered from the interview document was used for content analysis. he results of the research were as follows: 1) The principles of good governance used in Thailand and internationally The appropriate principles for the Secretariat of the House of Representatives are: 1.1) Rule of Law (4.30) 1.2) Moral Code (4.33) 1.3) (4.50) 1.4) Principle of Transparency (4.23) 1.5) Accountability Principle (4.30) 1.6) Principle Value (4.20) 1.7) Political Neutrality (4.57) 1.8) Lifelong Learning Principle (4.30) 1.9) Fairness Principle (4.17) 1.10) Caring Culture Principle (4.23) 1.11) Principle Equality in Opportunities (4.03) 1.12) Work achievement principles (4.30) 1.13) Principles of use of people as appropriate for work (4.23) 1.14) Digital transformation principles (4.33) 1.15) Transformational leadership principles (4.27) And 2) The principles of good governance suitable for the Secretariat of the House of Representatives are as follows: 2.1) The rule of law is of the opinion that it is very appropriate, 2.2) Moral principles are considered the most appropriate, 2.3) Participation principles. It was of the opinion that it was the most appropriate. 2.4) Principles of transparency. It was of the opinion that the most appropriate. 2.5) Principle of responsibility verifiable.
