Abstract

The purposes of this study were study are to examine the opinion and to compare factors that affect to the job decision of fourth - year students from Maejo University at Chumphon.It is a Quantitative Research a research tool, questionnaires, and a sample of 210 students were classified by subject, cumulative GPA and parental background information and career choice of students upon graduation. At the bachelor level The data was then collected for quantitative analysis using a ready-made program such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And a mean difference test of more than two samples by one-way analysis of variance and a multiple-factor comparison test for comparison. Difference by LSD method and correlation using Pearson chi-square test statistic to find correlation degree from Cramer's V. The research results were found that Factors affecting the decision of choosing a career There was a high mean of opinions (3.90), and when considered individually, they were able to sort from the mean descending, namely 1) on occupational security (4.02) 2) relationship with colleagues (3.97) 3) compensation and benefits (3.94) and 4) career advancement (3.85) 5) job characteristics (3.69) respectively. Each other was not statistically significant .05 except in terms of work characteristics. And career advancement
