A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data from 167 executives of private hospital businesses in Thailand. Data analysis techniques used in this study were mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Findings revealed positive relationships between service management strategies (customer service plan, customer centric, service mind) and overall competitive advantage of private hospital in Thailand. Therefore, executives of private hospital in Thailand should focus and apply service management strategy in order to increase the sustainable competitive advantage.</p> ER -
