A questionnaire was used for collecting data from 130 executive of beauty clinic in Thailand. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis, multiple regression and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that customer response orientation in the aspects of speed of service and customer communication had a positive relationship with effect on overall organizational success. Therefore, executive of beauty clinic should focus on the importance of customer response orientation, especially for the speed of service and customer communication, So that customers are satisfied with the service and brand loyalty and service.
