A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire was sent by post to 186 executives of car dealer businesses in Northeast Thailand. <br />Data analysis techniques used in this study were mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Findings revealed positive relationships between sales management (marketing training, sales supervision, and output compensation) and overall marketing performance of car dealer businesses in Northeast Thailand. Therefore, executives of car dealer businesses should prioritize sales management for encouraging them to be keen for duty. In addition, they could make accomplish the better sale goal and marketing performance continuously.
