It is the time that the business sector must take actions in order to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGs). This article presents the viewpoints and results of the sustainable development, and sustainable operations of the world-class businesses. The findings are as follows. Firstly, the positive results of the sustainable guidelines used by the businesses are driving innovation, improving financial performance, customer loyalty development, organizational attractiveness and commitment, and value creation for investors. Secondly, the top three SDGs valued by the world-class businesses are the Goal 8 (decent work and economic growth), Goal 12 (responsible consumption and production) and Goal 13 (climate action). Thirdly, there are the actions for the corporate citizenship according to SDGs such as respect for human rights, fair employment, environmental protection and anti-corruption.
