Provincial people do not only believe this is true but<br />also have a strong faith in the love of Tao Baros and Nang<br />Usa. The setting of the story is at Phu Phrabat Historical<br />Park, Udonthani, Thailand. The producer chooses this scene,<br />where Tao Baros and Nang Usa fall in love for the first time,<br />to compose a set of traditional Northeastern Thai dance.<br />The concept of this dance is performance that<br />uses Bot Phaya and Fawn to show the courtship actions of<br />the couple.<br />The performers can be divided into two groups. Group 1;<br />‘Nang Usa’ comprises one princess (Nang Usa) and three or<br />four concubines. Group 2; ‘Tao Bros’ comprises one prince<br />(Tao Baros) and three or four soldiers.<br />There are 3 scenes in the performance. Scene 1:<br />“Opening” - the two groups encounter each other. Scene 2:<br />Courtship between Nang Usa and Tao Baros, using Bot<br />Praya as a dialogue. Scene 3: the two groups dance together<br />in the Fawn Kiew or Courtship Dance pattern.
