https://so02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jgsnsbc-journal/article/view/284217

This research Article aimed to: (1) study the management conditions of the Khun Phum Foundation by administrators of schools for students with disabilities, and (2) propose management guidelines for the administration of the khun phum foundation in accordance with the Iddhipãda 4 for administrators of schools for students with disabilities under the special education bureau. A mixed-methods research design was employed. The quantitative data were collected from 148 participants using Krejcie and Morgan’s sampling table and simple random sampling. Additionally, qualitative data were obtained from seven key informants. Research instruments included a questionnaire on the management conditions of the Khun Phum Foundation by school administrators under the Bureau of Special Education Administration, with a reliability coefficient of 0.99, and a semi-structured interview form. Data analysis involved frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings revealed that: 1.The overall opinions of school administrators and teachers involved in the management of the Khun Phum Foundation under the Bureau of Special Education Administration were at the highest level (𝑥̅ = 4.64, S.D. = 0.37). When analyzed by aspect, the highest mean score was in the integration of operations—personnel, budget, facilities, and equipment—with educational institutions and other relevant agencies (𝑥̅ = 4.69, S.D. = 0.38). The next highest was the provision of various vocational education formats to enable service recipients to pursue careers. The lowest mean score, though still at the highest level, was in the development of personnel to be adequately prepared to provide educational services that support career readiness for the target group (𝑥̅ = 4.61, S.D. = 0.41). and 2.The proposed management guidelines for the administration of the khun phum foundation in accordance with the Iddhipãda 4 for administrators of schools for students with disabilities under the special education bureau, covered seven areas. Each area included four specific guidelines, totaling 28 management guidelines.
Anukoon Charoenna, worrakrit Thuenchang, Anond Metheevarachatra
