The shift towards online learning and the greater use of technology in teaching supervision has opened up various avenues for this integration 1.Using Learning Management Systems (LMS): Platforms such as Google Classroom, Moodle, or Schoology allow supervisors to monitor teachers' instructional processes. They can view and assess teaching activities, evaluations, and lesson management simultaneously, while also collecting teaching data for quick and convenient analysis and evaluation 2.Utilizing Social Media and Digital Technology for Supervision: Social media platforms like Facebook Groups and Line can serve as informal communication channels and provide consultation opportunities for supervision. This helps create a friendly and accessible environment for supervision 3.Coaching through Applications: There are now applications and software designed for educational supervision, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. These can facilitate the recording of teachers' lessons, which can then be shared with supervisors for feedback and suggestions 4.Data Collection and Analysis using AI and Big Data: Implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics in the supervision process helps in accurately gathering and analyzing data related to teachers' instructional management 5.Using Online Assessment Systems: Technology aids in evaluating teachers' instructional management. Following these procedures enhances the quality of education management in the digital age, focusing on utilizing technology to efficiently and effectively improve teachers' instructional practices.
Kritsana Krisee, Umpron Sinthorn Copyright (c) 2024 2024-11-16 2024-11-16 12 3 96 108 Beliefs in Thai Society https://so02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jgsnsbc-journal/article/view/275052
This journal presented the concept of the beliefs in Thai society to remind the people that were threatened with various beliefs from their friends, familiar, and cheats leading to the danger for themselves, their families, societies, and countries.
