This is a survey study by using a quantitative research methodology. The sample group used in this research was 473 teachers and administrators who work in school in the Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office from using the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan then multi stage random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.<br />The results of the research found that 1)The opinions of school administrators and teachers about the emotional intelligence of school administrators for overall and every aspect was at a high level, sorted in descending order self-motivation Self-Management of Self-Awareness 2)The opinions of the administrators and teachers On the performance motivation of teachers in school for motivation factor overall and every aspect was at a high overall aspect was at a progress, responsibility, nature of work . <br />The maintenance or hygiene factors overall every aspect was at a high overall and every aspect was at a relationship with others, supervision of company policy and <br />administration. 3)The Relationship between emotional intelligence of administrators and teacher performance motivation in schools in Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office Overall and each aspect had a positive correlation at a high level r<sub>xy</sub> = .711 and a statistically significant positive correlation at the .01 level. </p> ER -
