the task. This study aimed to compare Job Satisfaction and Commitment to work at
government teachers who received different Experience and had different Motivation,
The sample consisted of 596 government teachers, obtained using the multi-stage
random sampling technique. The instrument used in the study were a 13-item scale
on Motivation with discriminating powers ranging 0.51-0.74 and a reliability of 0.83, a
39-item scale on Job Satisfaction with discriminating power ranging 0.45-0.85 and a
reliability of 0.92, and a 20-item scale on Commitment to work with discriminating
power ranging 0.91-0.92 and a reliability of 0.92. The statistics used in the study were
percentage, mean, standard deviation and Two-way MANOVA
The results of the study were as follows :
1. Commitment to work and Job satisfaction is no different. Between
teachers who have experience differently.
2. Commitment to work and Job satisfaction is no different. Between
teachers who have experience differently.
3. The government teachers with different Motivation had different Job
Satisfaction and Commitment to work at the .01 level of significance.
In conclusion, Individuals with high motivation to work. Would result in the
organization. Achieve the desired goal. Progress the energy and dedication of these
individuals will be fully and tirelessly to ensure the success of the policy and goals.
