The samples size random by stratified random sampling of people total 287 people. The questionnaire with reliability of 0.890 was used as research instrument and data analysis by using statistic programs such as percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis (Enter method) was used to test the hypotheses. The result showed that 1) The total significant level of quality of work life was at high level (4.534), 2) The total significant level of organizational commitment was at high level (4.521), 3) The total significant level of job satisfaction was at high level (4.529)and4) The results of The Multiple Regression Analysis revealed that quality of work life and organizational commitment factors which effect to the satisfaction level of national statistics officer was explain 9 2.5% (R2 =0.925) were adequate and fair compensation, safe and healthyenvironment, developmentof human capacities, growth and security, total life space, continuous commitment, normative commitment and international commitment.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Journal of KMITL Business school}, author={โสภาวนัส ณฐกร and ไชยสุนทร วอนชนก}, year={2017}, month={Dec.}, pages={1–19} }
