Abstract

This research was aimed at developing learning activity plans to promote analytical thinking using a concept mapping technique integrating with Google Search that have a higher level of quality and comparing the students analytical thinking abilities before and after organizing the learning activities to promote analytical thinking by using concept mapping technique integrating with Google Search.
The sample in this study was 9th grade students who were studying in semester 2, academic year 2019 with 35 students selected by using the cluster random sampling method from 15 classrooms at Watraikhing Witthaya School, Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. All students have different levels of learning from excellent to weak. The research instruments were composed of learning activity plans to promote analytical thinking using concept mapping technique integrating with Google Search and a test of analytical thinking measurement before and after studying according to Bloom’s concept, which was a subjective test consisting of 3 elements statistically analyzed by using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and T – test dependent.
The results of the research indicated that learning activity plans to promote analytical thinking using concept mapping technique integrating with Google Search with 4 learning activity plans had the high level of reasonable and analytical thinking ability of students by using concept mapping teaching after learning was significantly higher than before learning at .05 and analytical thinking ability separated by Bloom’s concept of 3 components was Analysis of Elements, Analysis of Relationship, and Analysis of Organizational Principles having higher scores after studying.
