A total of 315 Thai undergraduate students with Chinese Major participated the questionnaire and interview on their online learning satisfaction and influencing factors. SPSS26.0 was used for statistical data analysis. Descriptive statistics analysis find that the overall satisfaction is average, the average value is 3.48. Independent-samples T Test and One-way ANOVA analysis showed that Thai undergraduate students of attributes, online learning experience, study time, and online learning environment, do significantly impact their online learning. But major, grade and network condition does not. Combined with teacher’ interviews, suggestions are following: 1. Build a stable ecosystem of online learning environment. 2. Create a high-viscosity online learning task chain. 3. Strengthen skills training and improve teachers’ information technology literacy. 4.
