The population were 26 of 1st year students in lower secondary level in the academic year of 2019 of Maethapattanasuksa School, Maetha District, Lampang Province. The research instruments consisted of 8 collaborative strategic reading learning plans, and Thai comprehension reading achievement test and QAR questioning ability test. The statistical analysis were average standard deviation and percentage. The findings of the study were as follows : 1. The results of the development of learning management by using collaborative strategic reading for 1st year students in lower secondary level revealed that the mean of the plans (x ̅) was 4.24, which was suitable at a high level. 2. The study of students' comprehension reading achievement and QAR questioning ability of 1st year students in lower secondary level by using collaborative strategic reading revealed that their reading comprehension achievement was at 75.19% and their QAR questioning ability was at 77.07%, which were considered at a high level and passed the pre-determined criterion of 65%.</p> ER -
