The key informants included an administrator, 17 teachers and educational personnel, and 33 junior high school students in eighth grade at Ban Namon school, Wiang Haeng district, Chiang Mai province, as well as three specialists in educational administration by using a purposive sampling method. The research instruments included a focus group discussion form, an evaluation form of the elements and learning resource management model of waste management for experts, an evaluation form of a learning resource management model of waste management for administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, an evaluation form of waste management learning resources, and an evaluation form of learning efficiency on students by using waste management learning resources. Content analysis was carried out to analyze qualitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed statistically using percentages, means, and standard deviation. </span></p> <p class="Abstract" style="text-indent: 36.0pt;"><span style="color: windowtext;">The findings revealed that a learning resource management model for waste management of Ban Namon School using the POSDCoRB process consisted of 1) the elements of learning resource management, including collaboration, leadership, ethics and morality, awareness, and network, and 2) a learning resource management process, including planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting.
