The target group consisted of 24 teachers and 406 students. The research instruments were composed of a documentary research record, a brainstorming guideline, a teachers’ behavior observation record, a student interview, an assessment of learning management plans and instructional media, the workshop pre- and posttests for the teachers, and the analytical thinking skill test for the students. The data were statistically analyzed for percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the content analysis was also adopted.</p> <p>          The research results revealed that the development of the teachers’ learning management enabled the teachers to construct local wisdom handbooks as well as wisdom-based learning management plans and instructional media. The plans and the media were appropriate at the highest level. The results of the development enabled the teachers to know and understand the learning management to promote analytical thinking skills of the students. The mean scores of their workshop posttest were higher than those of their pre-test at 28.89%.
