การพัฒนาปัจจัยโครงสร้างพื้นฐานรองรับการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรปลอดภัยในการแปรรูปให้ได้มาตรฐานและเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมของกลุ่มเกษตรในชุมชน จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the management of basic farmer factors and group formation in the agricultural sector in communities in Chachoengsao Province; 2) study the basic factors promoting production standards and environmental friendliness among community agricultural groups in Chachoengsao Province; and 3) study the development of infrastructure factors to support the production of safe agricultural products for processing to meet standards and be environmentally friendly among community agricultural groups in Chachoengsao Province. By using qualitative participatory research, the main informants were 15 farmer groups, 5 farmer housewife groups, 5 career promotion groups, 15 community enterprises, and 10 community leaders in Nong Yao Subdistrict, Phanom Sarakham District, Sao Cha-ngok Subdistrict, Bang Khla District, Nong Mai Kaen Subdistrict, Plaeng Yao District, and Khlong Khuen Subdistrict, Khlong Khuen District, Chachoengsao Province, totaling 50 people. The method used was purposive sampling and data were collected from in-depth interviews. For quantitative research, 120 key informants were selected purposively. The questionnaire tool and the data analysis were descriptive and inferential statistics using ready-made programs.

            The research results found that: 1) The management of basic farmer factors and the integration of agricultural groups in the community emphasizes the integration of farmers in the community to care about cultivating agricultural products to meet GAP standards and be environmentally friendly. 2) The promotion of production standards and environmental friendliness of agricultural groups in the community emphasizes quality processing, safe packaging, recording every production step and controlling production costs. And 3) The development of infrastructure factors supports the production of safe agricultural products in the processing to meet standards and be environmentally friendly for agricultural groups in the community. There is promotion of upgrading the quality of agricultural products to meet GAP and GI standards, increasing income and reducing costs, enhancing farmers' skills and knowledge, and promoting continuous development.
