Administration in accordance with Good Governance by Administrative Monks in Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) to study administration according to the principles of good governance
of the Administrative Monks and (2) guidelines for promoting administration according to the principles of good governance of the Administrative Monks in Nopphitam District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The sample group used Administrative Monks in Nopphitam District. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, 120 monks, Important informants, 5 monks, choose specifically The tools used in the research are Questionnaires and in-depth interviews Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis

          The research finding were as follows:

 1) Administration in accordance with Good Governance by Administrative Monks in Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Overall, every aspect was at the highest level, average ( = 4.58, S.D. = 0.08). When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was moral principles, average ( = 4.64, S.D. = 0.19), followed by The principles are the rule of law, average ( = 4.60, S.D. = 0.14), the principle of participation, the average ( = 4.60, S.D. = 0.17), the principle of transparency, the average ( = 4.58, S.D. = 0.16), the principle of Cost – effectiveness
or Economy. Mean ( = 4.53, S.D. = 0.18) and Principles of Responsibility mean ( = 4.51, S.D. = 0.18) respectively.

2) Guidelines for promoting administration according to the principles of good governance of the Administrative Monks in Nopphitam District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province Good governance principles must be applied seriously in administration. Especially in the area of responsibility. which is considered an important principle Because of the Administrative Monks Is a person who has authority over the monks
in the temple. Therefore, responsibility for duties is important.
