Abstract

The development of human security is at the heart and core of public policies in many countries worldwide. Human security is not only about protecting rights but also about creating conditions beneficial to everyone in society and fostering sustainable societal growth in the future. It aims to ensure that everyone has opportunities and conditions for stable and sustainable living. This includes creating opportunities for education and secure employment, accessing healthcare and medical services, preventing human rights violations, and fostering an environment conducive to life

Furthermore, the development of human security is also interconnected with international cooperation, by establishing stable and sustainable partnerships to address challenges related to human security in rapidly changing circumstances

Therefore, public policy on the development of human security is a process that requires diverse methods and tools to create a grassroots and sustainable society where everyone can participate and move towards a better future.
