Abstract

Political communication of local administrators It is an important process in both political and organizational operations. Therefore, local administrators need to have good communication, such as giving recipients the opportunity to respond. Choosing simple language, listening carefully Suppress emotions and feelings and observe the behavior of your interlocutor. In addition, local administrators should apply the 9C's principles, which include 1) Clear 2) Correct 3) Complete 4) Concrete 5) Concise 6) Coherent 7) Courteous 8) Credible and 9) Creativity So that both internal and external communication can affect the success of the organization.
